Versa 2 Oxygen Clock Face and Find My Phone Issues

Hello, 

When I try to download the Sp02 clock face that's currently recommended, it says I need to update the app and/or the watch. I got the watch today so it's gone through the updates already and the app is up-to-date too. The Find My Phone app also says the same thing and a couple of others. 

I have Huawei P20 lite.

What can I do to make them work? I see Youtube videos with the exact same watch I have showing the same clock face I'm trying to download but it's not working for me.

I've just watched a Youtube video and it seems my Versa hasn't downloaded the most recent update! There is nowhere I can find that lets me scan for further updates.

I am having the same issue with certain apps as well as clock faces. I have a pixel 3.

Hi there,

If you just got the watch today you actually have to let the watch sync with the server.  It's buried somewhere in the Help section and it does work.  It can take between 2-3 days to do it though.  I believe you just need to give the watch a full charge and then wear it for activity.  After a few days you app should let you know that it's ready for an update to the new firmware.  Once it does that and you update, the new SpO2 watch face and other features should be available.  Hope this helps!

Keep updating the fitbit. I had this issue too. I plugged it into the charger and kept syncing the fitbit to the app until another update came up. Mine updated twice within an hr and I can now finally get the Sp02 face and AZM face.

So do you recommend just giving it some time until it offers me the update?

Plug your fitbit into the charger and just hit the sync button. After a few
times it should give you the pink update button at the top of the app.
Thats what it did for me. I bought my fitbit a few days ago and since then
its done 3 updates total before i was able to use to Sp02 clock face.

Success!  I got the update this morning after charging and it allowed me to install the Sp02 clock face.
