Hi, I bought Fitbit versa 2 with premium recently for the main purpose of transfer personal music to watch as I dont use /have third party like spotify membership. But when I go to microsoft store to download the fit bit app to transfer music, it is not available. I followed steps in the fitbit portal but transfer personla music doesnt work. How to do this please? My main purpose is personal music but that doesnt work here

Hello @sumathirana and welcome to the Community.  I'm very sorry, but Fitbit deactivated personal music transfer in October.  I hope you can return your Versa 2.

I want to clarify one thing that is a common misconception.  The Spotify app doesn’t let you transfer playlists to your device.  It’s Spotify - Connect and Control.  You control music playing on your phone.  Keep this in mind if you choose a different device.
