Versa 2 Petal Colour Strap issue , strap clip in bit broken

Does anyone know how I can get a replacement for the little bit on the strap that tucks in the reminder of strap once it’s done up ( sorry if that’s not clear , I’m not sure what it’s called lol )

Mine broke today , now I’m worried it strap fastening comes un done I could lose my versa 2 .

I’ve called customer service but no help as I’m not sure she understood the bit I meant .

my versa is in petal pink / with rose gold Fitbit 

I don’t need the whole strap .

Hi @Benja19  there is no replacement just for the little bit that secures the strap. I used to get clear ponytail silicon bands to color up my plain Flex. That might be something you can find at the dollar store and if it's clear, no one would notice that it's even on there.

Maybe I can help. I think (if I understand your post correctly) that you are looking for the loop that holds the extra strap called fastener rings. If that is indeed what you are looking for look here: https://www.amazon.com/Replacement-Fastener-Security-Connector-Smartwatch/dp/B07G75C5TL?th=1. 
They are very inexpensive. If you want a different color try typing in Versa 2 replacement fastener ring colors in the search bar. I found a variety of colors but not seeing your actual band it would be hard for me to pin point the perfect color. I’m sure you’ll find something that’s close. I’ve even seen clear ones.

Sorry for delay in reply . Thank you for your help , I wondered what they’d be called lol 😂
My colour is called petal . It’s a light pink/creamy colour .
Currently I’ve used some very small clear bands to hold in rest of the strap but they keep breaking .
Fitbit customer service lady didn’t understand me so I gave up lol 😆

@Benja19   I know you only want the fastener, but I don't think you will have much luck with a third party fastener that is a perfect match.  The US Fitbit Store has the petal band.  It looks like it has the copper rose buckle (the color combination is petal/copper rose on the Versa 2).  Some of the third party bands on Amazon mention peach.  I didn't see a petal third party band.  Only you can decide the price point you are willing to accept for the color you like.

I'm not surprised that the CS rep didn't know what you were talking about.  Fitbit never offered replacement fasteners in the Store.
