Versa 2. Piece of rubbish

Anyone else had a Versa 2, had about 5 replacements and found that none of them work properly and the customer services are rude, condescending and unhelpful? I’m giving up with them. Just gonna bite the bullet and get an Apple Watch or a Garmin. I’ve had so much problems with this thing and at the moment it doesn’t even tell the correct time. It’s a joke. £150 down the drain. Never again. This was a replacement of my Charge 2 which also didn’t work properly

Anyone had a terrible experience with customer support? My experience was terrible. Very rude and unhelpful. My watch is broken and I got offered rubbish discount off one of their new terrible products. I don’t want a new one!!!
