Versa 2 Reminders to move stopped working

My "Reminder to Move" is on, but my watch is not reminding me.  I've reset my watch, re-synched it, & it still won't work.  (The "Do Not Disturb" is off & so is the "Sleep Mode") The Reminder to Move stopped working yesterday. Any suggestions?

Thx.  I already did that thru chat & it still wouldn't work with their assistance.  I was told to call the support team, but they aren't available until Monday.  I was hoping someone here had another idea for me to try while I wait for Monday morning.  Will see what Monday brings.

I appreciate your assistance in contacting our Support Team. At this time, I was able to confirm that they provided some instructions and they advised you to test your Versa 2 and contact them back if you sill need further assistance.
