Versa 2 Review (switching to Apple)

Leaving a review here because Fitbit doesn't allow reviews on their website (go figure.)  My original Versa 2 died barely over a year after purchasing it and I was initially told I wouldn't receive a replacement because the warranty had expired. I had to contact customer support 4 separate times until they finally agreed to send one (it took them over 4 weeks just to send it out.)  However, the replacement I received only included the watch itself, no band. Useless.
What's the point in buying a $150+ product if you just have to buy a new one a year later? Horrible product quality and disappointing customer service. I'm buying an Apple Watch when this replacement inevitably dies within a year.

Also forgot to add: 2 of my family members also have Versa 2’s and both of theirs have had continuous problems as well. My sister’s watch died completely just shortly after 1 year of purchasing. Super disappointing.
