Versa 2 SE: HR and constant restarts Issues

Good morning Fitbit fam,

I've been with "Fitbit" about a year and a half now, I don't normally complain about my watch unless something is seriously wrong and I just be can't out up with it any longer, and in my case that's just wats happening. I received my versa 2 SE in October of last year  I'm a fitness junkie I workout 6 days a week. Out of this 6 days, about 3 days out the week my watch would restart within the first 5mns of starting my workout. So now I restart my watch before I begin a workout just so it won't restart during my workout (a little irritating). If that isn't bad enough my HR monitor sucks or there's water damage. Sometimes I would take a glance at my watch during my workout and my HR is at 76 or 68 during my intensity workout. I have to stop for a sec, take the watch off, wipe the sweat away. If that doesn't work or it starts acting funny again (not showing any HR again) I would  flip my watch upside down on my wrist just so it can show a better Hr or switch hands. I can't tell you the amount of times I have to stop during my workout to wipe my wrist because my HR monitor is blank. It's starting to put a damp in my workout. help!

Hi @Duewbaby, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, it's great to see you in our Fitbit forums.

Regarding the constant restarts and heart rate issues that your Versa 2 (SE) experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums. I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.

As a side note, I'd like to invite you to visit our Discussions board where you can share your experiences, meet people and create new topics.

Hope to see you in our Fitbit Community more often.
