I have not used my versa 2 for around 2 weeks so I charged my watch and after that I try to sync it.. It was not working normally, so I did factory reset.. After that my watch is not turning on.. I try to chnage the watch again and press the power button several time but still its not turning on.. Please help. Thanks.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email recently. In case the issue persists, reply to their email and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.

I got a replacement. Now I was asked to do Kyc but I am unable to find the AWB for the order. Can someone help me with that??
