Hello, let me just say that my Versa works perfectly.

I have bought my watch online, the problem is that i lost my invoice/bill and with it i also lost

my right for warranty in shop.

If anything goes wrong, can i count on some sort of warranty by serial number or something?

Sorry for poor English.

Hi @SunsetRunner, this is a user community, not actual Fitfit support. It looks like the warranty is not transferable though.

"These Limited Product Warranties apply only to the original purchaser of the Product that was purchased from an authorized reseller or sales channel"

https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/legal/returns-and-warranty

You could probably contact Fitbit or maybe a Moderator will see this and reply if you have further questions.

Do you mean your device is out of warranty due to timing? Otherwise I'm pretty sure they have a record of you having the device when you sync it and they should have your email. Also if you bought it online you most likely have the receipt via email too. Might search for that. Good luck!

I bought it second hand, from private person. He has send me all the paper work in the box, with extra band and all, but i have lost the original receipt.

Watch is fine, i was just curious if its possible to see by serial number if its still on warranty.

Im asking that because i see quite a lot of problems here on forum, so it made me unsure of my device.

Ok, as i searched a bit, watch was almost 100% originally bought in EU, i am also in EU, and as the watch was presented in August 2019

it should be within warranty time.

Now the question is, will You accept that? Or if i do not have the receipt i'm on my own if something happens?
