Versa 2 Screen Black & Won't Sync

Hi - 

As of this morning when I woke up, my Fitbit Versa 2 screen is completely black (main screen with the time, etc. won't come on when I press the side button).  It also won't sync, I tried many times to sync via the app on my iphone and it fails/will not sync.  Very frustrating!  Hoping someone can help with this ASAP.  Let me know, thank you!!

I had the same problem this morning, except my screen was white instead of black & the battery light was flashing. There was no clock face either. 

I am currently trying to recharge the battery and wait & see what happens between 30 minutes to 2 hours from now. If that doesn’t work, then I am going remove my Versa & then reinstall it. Hopefully, that will get everything back to normal. If anyone has any other suggestions, please help. Thanks

Sorry, I have the Versa & not the Versa 2. I am currently tying to recharge my battery, so far nothing is happening. On my cellphone, it states that my battery is at 55% & at medium strength.

Hi,

 

I'm having this same issue with my Versa today. I woke up this AM and the main screen was black. I'm unable to do anything with it. Hopefully someone has a fix.

Same my versa 2...issue...dead when I got up. Charged it...won't sync to phone app. Turned it off and it won't come back on.  Put back on charger but, know it still charged from this morning...doesn't show charging...just black screen.  Will not come back on.

Hi
I deleted my Versa from my Fitbit account on my phone & then reinstalled/restarted it & it came back on & was charged to 100%. You can try that too & see if that works for you.
