Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My versa 2 which is about 6 months old has started to have Flickering screen and the screen has become purplish tint. I reset the watch and followed all help offered in the forum like restarting, changing the clock face etc. Etc but no change. It stopped Flickering for few minutes and again it is Flickering now.

Hello @RaviJay

Unfortunately since restarting your Versa 2 and attempts to change the clock face has failed to fix the problem my only suggestion would be to contact Fitbit Customer Service. You can find ways to contact them here: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US

😉 I personally find calling them directly the easiest but live chat is a great option as well. I hope customer support gets this sorted out for you quickly

Thanks @SunsetRunner. I did contact the support and they have asked me to send the watch for them to look at. Appreciate your response and eagerness to help. Will keep you all posted on how it goes.

Mine the same.   It's nearly 3 years old.

Same thing! Support said the screen is defective and since it is past warranty it is now garbage. My watch is only 2 years old and well-cared for.

Looks like a common issue with FitBit. Hopefully I will get lucky this round and will be able to use it for couple more years at least.
