Versa 2 Screen Glitch

My Versa 2 screen is having a bad glitch issue. The color fades or it shakes like static. See attached image. I did try restarting it.

Mine started acting up today, during a workout. The screen was flickering. Then it became just static, like an old TV. And I couldn't do anything. I was in the middle of a wod, but when I checked again, it was OK. Super strange.

Then after dinner, it was again just static, and I took this picture:

I tried leaving it in the charger, but it's still the same. I tried to do a soft reset, the same. And a hard reset/factory reset I need to navigate the menu that cant is seen.

That's crazy. I did the same steps and to no avail. I'm frustrated to say the least.

I’m having this same issue.

Mine did this to. I contacted support and they sent me a replacement. I’ve only had mine about 6 months.

Mine started to do the same. Hard reboot of the watch did not help.

mine did the same, did they told you what was the problem? cause mine is out of warranty and would like to know if it is the screen so i can relace it

I had to buy a new Fitbit. Went with the sense.

I can help with suggestions 

Step 1 Fitbit screen repair

Step 2 restart Fitbit 

Step 3 try deleting Fitbit and try install the Fitbit app again

Step 4 make sure that Fitbit screen is not broken

Step 5 make sure Fitbit is charged

I hope this helps

take a break until you are ready it's not your fault this happens with Fitbit 

i think it's just a glitch or it could be broken 

if it is broken you can get a new Fitbit
