My Versa 2 was bought in November, it was working just fine, until about a week ago, when the screen start to malfunction. These white and green lines appear on the screen and I can’t see anything else. I’ve changed the clock face to a Fitbit face about 3 times now, I’ve restarted it, and shut it down a couple of times while I was still able to see the screen. It worked about 3 times and just went back to the lines again, but now nothing. Please advise what else there is to try......... I hate struggling like this just to get the thing working.

I would contact support, you are still under warranty and I would get it replaced before your warranty runs out.

Please help me. I bought my watch March 2020 and last week Sunday ( 19 Juky 2020) it started showing this lines but I can't see anything. Its been two days not with the same problem

You are still under warranty so call support and if they can’t fix it, get a replacement.
