I noticed on my Versa 2 that the sensors for heart rate and stuff weren't working so I went through customer support, did all the restarting and factory resetting nonsense, and still to no avail so I was sent a replacement. I got it today and shockingly the sensors don't work on this one either even after all the troubleshooting. I contacted support again and I was told either to return it and wait another two weeks to get another replacement or just wait for another update and hope for the best.
It's clearly something to do with the software. I can't afford to buy a better version of the watch and I'm supposed to be keeping track of my heart rate for my doctor which I cant do now. I'm so disappointed in the customer service and shoddy products. It's almost as bad as Apple abandoning older products so we have to spend more money on a newer version. I can't say I'd want to return to this company after this.

When you say the sensors are not working, it sounds like you took the tracker off your wrist and didn't see any lights. That is expected, and as it should be. To me at least, a better description of the problem would be based on readings seen on display rather than sensor lights.
