Versa 2 Shut down and won't turn on again

This morning my versa 2 shut down and it won't turn on again since then. I already charged it for hours and tried pushing the button and nothing will work. I tried all the tips I could find on here but no luck. What can i do?

Just to confirm, did you tried the other tips described here?Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Mine did the same thing one day. It was above 50% one day and just died. I put it on the charger for a few days and tried to reset with no luck. I just get the Fitbit logo now when I try and turn it on. Fitbit won’t help at all since it is 6 months out of warranty. Sad as my previous Fitbit lasted 5 years. I will have to switch to one of their competitors now 😞
