Versa 2 Shutting Off: Have to Restart

I just got a replacement for one defective Versa 2 about a month ago, and now I have noticed 3 times in the last week that it has shut off on it's own at night somehow and I have to restart. I have to sync to update the time and my sleep info for the night is missed. Has anyone else had this issue? Support told me to do a battery drain test, but my battery has had plenty of juice each time this has happened. I think this is a waste of time. I am SUPER annoyed that my REPLACEMENT is also seemingly slowly fizzing out. Very annoyed!  Halp.
