Versa 2 - Sleep stage not displaying for a week

Hi, my versa 2 no longer display sleep stage 1 week ago. Had try to shut down and power up again but it not working..

Just to confirm, do you receive the simplified sleep record (sleep/awake) or none at all?
Are the green LEDs blinking?
Do you see during the night a complete heart rate reading or  do you see any interruptions/cuts on the record?

In the meantime, please try to wear the device during the sleep a bit lower, higher, looser or tighter .

I still can see the sleeping hours. The chart show is like when you are in restless state. I no longer see the green light. no longer see the heart rate line graph although i still can see the discrete number.

I'm having the same issue. I unpaired and now it won't repair. I see no green lights.

I am having the same issues. My heart rate is not working either. no green lights and nothing when finger ran over the tracking device in the back.

My heart rate isn't registering therefore no sleep data at all. No green lights on wrist.

I'm having the same issue.  No green light, no sleep data recorded for quite a while 

And no heart rate.

No sleep data recorded since Jan 9th.

Hi everybody! Thank you for your messages and replies. 

For those who don't see the green LEDs blinking, please go to the settings on the Versa 2 and search for the heart rate option. Make sure it is on. To change the setting just tap on it. 
The missing heart rate could be affecting the sleep record. 

If you haven't done so yet, please charge the Versa 2 for at least 30 minutes. 
Remove it from the charging cable. 
Press and hold the button for 8 seconds. You'll see the Fitbit logo. 
Release the button and the Versa 2 will restart.

Hi, has tried but still not working

Reset then worked for a day and then stopped again.  Records steps but not sleep and heart rate.  Started last week.  Before that was fine.

Are the green LEDs blinking?
Do you see a consistent hear rate measurement during the night or do you see any interruptions? 

Do you get the simplified sleep record or none at all?

No green lights blinking.  No heart rate.  No sleep recorded at all since January 9th.  The 8th & 9th were simplified sleep.  Before that I got the full sleep pattern recorded.

Only upon shutdown and/or restart there after i dun see any green light. Only got simplify sleep data. But all restless

@Gekling0507 @Ay_tim , Thank you for your replies. 

The missing green LEDs could explain the missing sleep record, as the heart rate is not being measured. 

Swipe the clock face until you see the settings app. Tap on it and search for the heart rate. 
If it's off tap on it to turn it on. 
If it's on but the LED are still not blinking, turn them off. Sync your Versa 2 and turn the heart rate on again. 

Don't forget to sync the Versa 2 again after every change for it to be saved.
