Versa 2 Software update & now no zone minutes

After completing  the software update my zone minutes are no longer showing up on the firbit or my app!!! It will track my heart rate during exercise but just labels it as “below zone” but once I select that activity it breaks down the elevated HR into the far burn/cardio zones but that information is not translating to my circles on main screen or my exercise tracking main screen.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @WheresMyZoneMin. I'm sorry to hear that your zone minutes are no longer showing up on the Fitbit or app. 

 

I noticed that you already got in touch with our team and are waiting for a response on their end. They should reply soon.
