Versa 2-Steps and heart rate say no measurements.

Hi, for the last couple of weeks versa 2 is not logging graphs.

My dashboard seems correct (although calories seem to stop counting at midday) but are then correct at end of day.

when I click on steps, and heart rate It says no measurements. When I click on calories it is a constant 20.

I have actioned a lot of the previous suggestions, restarted Fitbit, logged out, restarted phone. Cleared cache. Not sure what else to do. I have iPhone.
