Versa 2 Steps on the watch not matching the app.

I upgraded to the Versa 2 almost a week ago. I sync my Fitbit almost every day and noticed that when I synced on Sunday that the steps that were showing on my watch were extremely different to those that were showing on the app for that day. I knew I had over 10,000 steps as I had been walking around all day at work and it had vibrated to tell me I had hit 10,000 earlier on that day! I have screenshots which show that when I click into the steps for that day they show the correct number of steps but when I look at the dashboard it is different. I never manually enter steps so I know this is not the cause of the issue. My Fitbit app and watch is up to date and I have tried restarting the watch and uninstalling the app.

My Versa has just reset the past four days to zero hours of exercise, and random numbers of minimal steps per day, when every day I have completed over 10,000 steps, and synced it every day. Whatever I do, I can’t get it back ~ this product seems unreliable ~ I’ve only had mine since September.

I have just upgraded to the Versa 2. I did 10,000 steps yesterday yet it says 0 on my app, when I go into the activity the steps are there but not transferring g to the day/week total?? Never have this problem with my old charge 2!

I just started having issues with my Versa2 which I've had since May. The steps are completely off. It gives me credit for steps when I'm sitting. Totally unreliable.
