Had my Versa 2 since August 28, 2019 and yesterday morning woke up to a black screen. Internally it is still functioning but, the screen shows nothing. I have tried the reset procedure multiple times and attempted to changed the watch face through the app and it wouldn't work. Everything is syncing otherwise. I'm at a loss as to what to do next.
