Hi there, I received a versa 2 for christmas and have somehow locked it in the "unlock your phone" screen. The device is not associated with my fitbit account so I cannot find a way to reset it, can you please help me? Thanks

@KeerthiAdapa if your tracker is still connected to your fitbit account. Use the fitbit app to change the password.
Through App / Account / Your Tracker / Device Lock
If the tracker is not connected to a fitbit account, you need to do the factory reset as explained above.
