Versa 2 Stuck on Military Time

Though the “12 hour” option is checked in app settings, my Verse II mysteriously went to Military Time 2 weeks ago and is stuck there. I’ve tied everything. Help?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Tev3366. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 went to Military Time and thanks for letting us know that you've tried everything.

To change to a 12 hour clock:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Todaytab > your profile picture > Fitbit settings > App Settings.
  2. Tap Clock Display Time and choose 24 hour or 12 hour.
  3. Sync your Fitbit device.
