When using the tread mill exercise my treadmill says I've walked 1.4 mi and burned 240 cal. (speed of 2.8 mph, 10 incline, 30 minutes).  the fitbit says I went 0.05 mi and burned 223 cal.  Is there a setting I need to change to display correct mileage?

@JerryLO Your Fitbit will never share the same mileage as the treadmill.  Because you're simply moving in place, your Fitbit is merely estimating your distance based on your height and stride length.  Your treadmill is probably accurate, given that it's recording the actual distance you're moving, but the Fitbit has to simply estimate the distance since you're really just walking in place.

Also, make sure you aren't holding onto the treadmill rails or bars, because that will make it wildly inaccurate and you won't get many steps.  Your arm with the Fitbit on it needs to be swinging with the motion of your steps.
