Accidentally factory reset it trying to put a case on it. Now it will not connect or do anything. I have turned my phone on and off. Turned the bluetooth off and back on. Forgot the device from my settings so I could repair it. Now it just don’t even pop up as a discoverable device. The watch is Just on a screen that asks me the language and then says download the app and login and pair. It also has the date I activated the watch. I have tried everything. Or what seems like everything. I am not sure what else to do at this point.

Hi @Teddiw - if you factory reset the watch and it's displaying the original set-up messages, go to the Fitbit App and set-up the watch like a new watch, but use replace instead of new watch.
It may be necessary to Logout of the Fitbit App and restart the phone too, to clear any problems with the setup.

It does not give me replace as an option. It only says phone or device.

I have also deleted the app and reinstalled and had to sign back in. It still does not give that as an option.
