Versa 2 - Unlock with phone

I had to factory reset my phone, so of course everything is gone. Some how my Fitbit versa 2 says unlock with phone .. and of course I can't .and it won't do anything but unlock from phone.. please help.

Please under any circumstance  DO NOT remove the Versa 2 from the account /app.
