My new Versa 2 doesn’t vibrate to remind me to do my hourly steps or when I have completely them if I have checked myself or when I reach my steps goal.

Have you gone to the Versa 2 page in your mobile app and enabled "Reminders to Move"?

 

And have you verified that the "Main Goal" on the same page is indeed set to "Steps"?
