Using Versa 2 about two months. Recently, two different times, have resulted in burn marks on one half of strap. Don't believe it is sensor related. Was similar forum with 7 different pages of comments, but Fitbit has decided to not allow access to forum except the first page.... Many are buying other watchbands. Don't use any oils on my wrist and keep watch clean. Others with problem. Solutions, without buying new watchband. Has a chemical been added to watchband which is an allergen?

Edit to my message--burn mark is on my wrist (not the strap).

My Versa Lite band gave me troubles as well. I don’t know if it was a burn but it was a definite irritation. My only remedies were to go a day without it to let it calm down or buy a new band. Bought one on Amazon and haven’t had an issue since.

My skin under the Versa 2 turns bright red, itches and peels. Taking it off resolves the issue but it takes two to three days for the skin to heal. Have tried wearing on both arms and that just means it burns both arms. I have washed, don't wear it tight at all, and tried everything. Very disappointing for an expensive watch.
Since this is an issue that many people are having, it has to be a fault with the watch. I have not seen a solution besides spending more money.

Had burns so bad, two f which went through to other side of wrist. Company refunded first fitbit that did it. But now replacement one is doing it too! Bunch of same problems here in community comments!!
