Versa 2 Watchband metal insert connect

The watch bands metal clip broke the plastic insert on the watch band connection. I  have a Versa watch now WITHOUT  the ability to connect to a watchband.

I believe that a better design for the watch and band can benefit yout customers.

Hi @Beamamre  if your 2 still works and you want to keep using it, go to Amazon. Look for a "fitbit versa 2 protective cover with band" and you'll find several that encompass the pebble portion of your Fitbit and still let you use it. Others on the forum have found this to be a workaround when they didn't want to buy a new device.
