Versa 2 When I ride my bike it will not record the correct distance

I have had my Versa 2 less than a month.  When I ride my bike it will not record the correct distance even with the phones location on.  When I go to Exercise and click track I can only get run, walk, or hike.

Hi @penguinldc it seems your looking at 2 different things.

Run/Walk/Hike is found on the Fitbit app. Your title is asking about the Versa 2.

To record a Bike Ride you want to use the Versa 2.

Just wearing the Versa 2 on the wrist will record the time as a bike ride but with no distance.

If you want distance and a map you will need to have your phone and use the bike mode found on the Versa 2.

Hello,

I apologize for the confusion,. I do have my phone, with location on, and
the Versa 2 in bike mode. It still does not record the correct distance.
I have done several rides over 7 miles and the fitbit shows less than a
mile each time.

The map shows the route, but not the distance. This ride is 5.4 miles.
