When opening the widgets area on the Versa 2, the section will crash and not allow to be visited or seen. This has been occurring after I accidentally hard reset my device. Please help!IMG_3388.jpegIMG_3389.jpeg

Hi @Prashant_ - t would seem that the watch OS has got corrupted and the only way to resolve it is with a factory reset. However be very careful as it can stop the watch working altogether. Once fully charged and the factory reset is started wait 5 minutes before doing anything with the watch.

A factory reset from the Settings menu is different to a Shutdown or button restart.

Was hoping to not have to factory reset my Fitbit, but I’m guessing it’s the only way to fix it. Thanks for the quick reply!
