My Versa 2 will no longer sync. Last sync was yesterday at 8:14am. That was the middle of my morning hike with my dog.
Since then I've searched this forum and nothing has worked yet.
I've made sure battery restrictions are off. I've to sync from my desktop using that app. I've tried to sync on my phone. Even at the park when no one else was around, so no other bluetooth devices were near and no interference it still wouldn't sync.
What should I do now?

are you on an iPhone? I did a apple update last night and it stopped syncing. May not be related, though, because I’ve had random syncing issues this week as well as click face disappeared for a bit.

I disconnected my Fitbit and set it up as a new device. Profile pic, +Set Up A Device. It is now syncing.

So then I reset the Versa by holding the button in.

So this didn't work. Now what?

This happens to me every 3 days!
i have to delete the app, reset the Versa and log on several times till it syncs again. I can’t work out which particular action is fixing it but it’s driving me crazy! I have looked on line and it seems this is common problem with Versas.
if anyone has a sure fired fix I’d be delighted.
i had a basic Fitbit for years and never once had this problem.

Well it just started syncing again. No rhyme or reason why.

That happened to me today. I turned it off then back on and that didn't work. Then when I got home it synced I think maybe because it was able to connect to my Wi-Fi??

Having the same issues! Watch won’t sync with my iPhone & my watch time is always behind As it won’t sync! So frustrated!

Same here. Last sync was at 1:30 am yesterday morning. I turned my Blue Tooth off and on, as well as my iPad and i Phone, as suggested, but nothing. It won't sync.
