My FitBit was working fine until I updated the App on my iPhone 11 Pro Max, the battery went dead, I've tried charging it for over an hour, tried two different Versa chargers, cleaned the ports and connector on the watch, tried resetting it according to instructions, but it still doesn't work. What else can I try?

Replying to my own message in case this helps others: I used the instructions on the Fitbit website to reset a Versa 2, it says to only hold down the back button. That didn't work, so I tried holding the back button and the bottom button only for 10 seconds and it started right up. It is now charging as expected.
