Versa 2 Won't Stay Connected to Phone

I have an LG G6+ phone.  Just got my Versa 2 on Thursday.  Connected fine.  Then stopped syncing yesterday.  Went thru troubleshooting...rebooted Versa 2, restarted  phone, turned off/on bluetooth, logged out/in of fitbit app, uninstalled/reinstalled fitbit app, etc.  Have gone thru this a few times since yesterday.  Sometimes it reconnects only to not sync hours later.  I'm ready to send it back.

Hi @AdrieneP , unfortunately your LG G6+ phone is not in the list of supported devices by Fitbit, yet. This explains the problems you have at this very moment, sorry. Regards kuzibri
