My versa 2 was doing fine a few days ago and I waited a little longer than I should have to charge it but it won't turn on anymore. It's been approximately 5 months since it stopped tracking my sleep patterns and 2 months since it stopped tracking my heart rate. I feel like every year and a half or so my Fitbit device starts to lose its non-essential functions and then it suddenly dies. Does anybody else experience this?
*The charger is plugged into a surge protector that has my refrigerator and microwave plugged into it and I have no issues with the functions of these appliances.

I under that your Versa 2 will not turn on. Can you try to restart it by holding the button down on the Fitbit Versa 2 until you see the Fitbit Logo then release the button. If the Versa 2 is still completely unresponsive then my only suggestion would be to call Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
I’m hoping a restart will revitalize your Versa 2 (fingers crossed) If not hopefully Fitbit Customer Service can get things sorted out for you.
