Versa 2 - Won't charge - Possibly to Replace?

If you purchase a Fitbit Versa 2 through Amazon, does it come with the same Year Warranty as it does if you were to have purchased it on Fitbit.com?

As long as you bought it from an approved retailer you get the Fitbit warranty (Amazon is on that list). The warranty term depends where you are - it's normally 12 months from purchase but can be 24 months (e.g. in Europe).

 

If you have a problem that can't be resolved then it's usually quicker and easier to claim a replacement from Amazon but if that's no longer available or they cannot help then you can claim from fitbit via customer support at contact.fitbit.com
