Versa 2 Won't connect for Lose It App

Just got the premium Lose It app and it won't sync to my FitBit.  Tried everything including disconnection FitBit and relogging in.

I assume that you read this: How do I troubleshoot apps connected to Fitbit?, right?

We released a new app update (v.4.36). Please make sure that you have this one installed and also that Lose It app doesn't need an update.
After updating the apps try to connect the apps again.
