My Versa 2 which I have had less than 3 months (which replaced one I had about 3 weeks) has stopped swiping. Help please!

I've restarted several times. It will work and then it quits again.

After another restart while swipe is working, try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset.

Still not working and can't get it to swipe to factory reset.
