Trying to get a quick sync has been an ongoing pain for me. It takes 3 syncs to get data, then sleep data, then weather data. Here is a foolproof way to get all of this done at once: (Android Moto One Plus phone) Go to Settings, Apps and Notifications, Fitbit app. Force Stop, then Clear cache. Open app, sync and all data shows.
The fact that we shouldn't have to do this is beside the point. Fitbit can't fix this or they would have.
My $60 Miband 6 syncs first time every time.
