I'm an avid user of technology, hobby programmer, electronics engineer, etc.. Long story short, I can figure out my way around consumer tech. Girlfriend bought us both Versa 2's for Christmas today and have spent the better part of the day googling problems we keep encountering with this device.
First off, any time the watch has a problem and throws an error, it's 10/10 times not accurate. For instance: when trying to connect spotify it will give bluetooth errors and "not connected to internet" errors when the actual solution was that the spotify account needed to be added in the fitbit app OR you didn't have the fitbit app & spotify both open on your phone prior to connecting.
Next problem, why is the user never notified they need to add their account to the spotify app!? Why is adding an account to your spotify app so convoluted? Why is it not in the "media" menu where pandora is, it took me a solid 10 minutes to figure out that adding a pandora account was an entirely different process than adding a spotify account. Also, why does my spotify account disconnect randomly changing to a "free" account and cause me to have to manually log back in every time I want to use it? Mind you, it took hours to realize that this was actually the problem because the errors you get when you're not logged in to spotify are "not connected to internet" or "bluetooth not connected.. blah blah.."
Next problem: When setting up the fitbit the first time, the update failed and couldn't figure out how to get it to manually check for updates and try again. Had to factory reset to get it to update again.
Next problem: Just read the top of your website regarding voice replies not working, this was going to be my next one.
Next problem: fitbit pay was 403 timing out all day, I assume it was just backend issues that have since been resolved, but just add it to the list.

Can't figure out how to edit the original post...
New bug/problem: got fitbit pay setup finally, I look at the watch and it says "change shortcut.. alexa isn't supported in your location. choose a new shortcut." Funny, because when I ignore this message and continue using alexa it works fine.

I have been struggling and getting extremely frustrated for the last 24 hours. I asked my husband for the better version for Christmas so I can have the music functions but it's all useless. Can't use my wireless headphones for music straight from the versa because it can only be used with the music app not with Spotify. Can't use the music app because I am unable to download music from my 3 subscribed music providers (Google, YouTube and Spotify) and put music onto the music app. Spotify will not connect no matter what I have tried .I have tried resetting, readding, syncing, literally EVERYTHING and it still gives me errors about either the internet connection or Bluetooth connection. This is my 3rd Fitbit and I am sooooo frustrated and so disappointed.
