hi there, I was just doing my exercise and wanted to see when I reached 30 mimutes and I noticed that the active minutes has now changed to zone minutes. I don't like this and would like it togo back to the active minutes? Plus, I did a really excessive workout yesterday and it's showing 0 zone minutes, even though I am synced....not happy...CAN I SWITCH IT BACK?

Where precisely are you seeing this? On the Versa 2 or on the phone app?
If on phone app, are you talking about daily totals at top of 'Today' screen, or looking at the workout summary within the exercise tile?

Are you currently taking part in an active beta test? If so you are breaking the NDA by posting it in a public forum.

Mine has not picked up active minutes in a few days. I do a hard reset every morning, per other suggestions and nothing.
I burned fat for over 6 hours yesterday and no minutes were shown. It only logs active minutes if I do a FitBit coach thing.
I mean, I know I'm active, so it doesn't really matter, but stats-wise, it's dumb.

Hi @ionicJH are you participating in a Fitbit beta test? if not you won't see any active zone minutes. If you are then please refrain from posting about it in a public forum.

I joined the new Bingo challenge, went on a 1h hike, and have 0 active minutes... frustrating!
No, not a beta tester, also on a Versa 2.

These zone minutes are dumb and do nothing, regardless of what exercise you do. 😾

I'm confused. This is showing as 'solved' but it clearly isn't. I'm having exactly the same problem as of updating my Versa today.

Same! I got a firmware update yesterday for my Versa 2, and now my “zone minutes” read zero when I was in cardio zone for 45. It’s upsetting. I clearly like stats as I’m wearing a fitness tracker. This hasn’t been solved.

Hi. I just did an update on my Versa ans i have the same problem. I have a 45 minutes workout. I see the total minutes showing below zones. If I looked at the graphics of the heart rates it should show fat burn and peak for some of the minutes.
Is there a way to solve this problem

@Sylvie58 In a word NO. But the good news is that it should work for all future exercise.

I'm so confused as to why I'm not seeing any active minutes or any hourly activity. I'm not sitting on but but. WTF is going on Fitbit. After updating my Versa Lite was completely dead I was still within my year warranty so I received a "NEW" one however I'm not seeing any of these items on the app...is it the APP or the Fitbit?????? Once my extended warranty runs out I will definitely be shopping around for another tracker.

I really don’t like these zoneminutes.. As you can see in the graphic I really worked out in high heart rate zones and it says I only worked out in de below zone🤨 I had 152 active minutes today and lost them all!😡

Same thing happened to me. It said I needed to do a firmware update and I lost all of my active minutes or “zone minutes” even though it’s registering everywhere else that I did a workout today. Not happy not being able to see my workout stats.

Snap. Really pi**ed off to have lost my activity minutes and show 0 done minutes for my run earlier today. Does anyone have a fix?! Wish I hadn’t updated without googling first now

I'm really glad it wasn't just me. I'm p*ssed that all of the threads say this is solved, but it's still an epidemic problem right across the message boards with no explanation.
Has anybody found a solution to roll back the update yet? Agree that they should've told us they were changing everything around to be stupid and confusing before they get you to do the update.
The heart rate zones are a complete joke, I live at 6000 feet and workout every day, and the last time I checked their advice they told me my health would benefit by "trying to exercise every day". Because my heart rate zones are slightly higher because of the elevation they're putting me down as being unfit.

Thank goodness it is not just me. I did 2 HIIT workouts today and a 4mile walk/jog. Just updated my fitbit and all my minutes in the zones are gone!

I am so beyond frustrated about this! I have 20k steps today. Went on a 3 mile hike, did a strength training workout 37 min with included HIIT. Then walked my dogs for another mile. It says I have 17 “zone min” 17!?! That’s BS!
