hi there,  I was just doing my exercise and wanted to see when I reached 30 mimutes and I noticed that the active minutes has now changed to zone minutes. I don't like this and would like it togo back to the active minutes?  Plus, I did a really excessive workout yesterday and it's showing 0 zone minutes, even though I am synced....not happy...CAN I SWITCH IT BACK?

Agreed! It’s basically pointless to me now to wear. I hate this

I hate the change too.  The newest update has also caused my Versa to stop recording my heart rate and sleep stats.  They are greyed out.  My LED's have stopped working, and since the update, I am lucky to get 12 hours of run time out of my Versa - I used to get 3-4 days at least.  I've gone through all the different trouble-shooting steps and nothing works.  I've re-booted, cleaned, charged using the computer, my wall charger, different power packs etc.  The Fitbit Connect app can't even communicate with my Versa anymore ... one thing after another.  I've been using Fitbit since the early days of the Flex.  Very, very frustrating and it does not look like customer service is doing much about it.

The active Zone minutes are useless , I walked for over 2 hours yesterday over 120 minutes, but my active zone minutes read 0.

I'm assuming this is because my heart rate never got over 85. I wish Fitbit would bring back active minutes on the app I dont care about active zone minutes.

Dear Fitbit,

What are you doing?  I can there are many people that are made about this update.  The active zone feature is terrible.  I guess you don't care because we all bought the watch already.  I can tell you this, there is no chance I will by another one.  This is not good busy.

I will not buy another watch because of this update. I have totally lost motivation from the update and will move onto another watch soon. My b-day is coming up. Done with Fitbit, even though been here since the beginning.

I have had nothing but problems with Versa 2 not tracking heart rate or sleep for 10 days after IOS update. Received new replacement tracker yesterday. Today I did latest update and it wiped away my active minutes. I changed the clock face to a Fitbit clock face and restarted. Ridiculous to be unable to use third-party app. My patience is running thin with constant problems.

Zone minutes is horrible, innaccurate, unhealthy, dangerous, misleading, a waste of time, completely frustrating and a BIG mistake on Fitbit's behalf.  Seriously flawed in every way!  i will never buy another fitbit and will be sending back the new one i just bought.  i have been loyal for SIX YEARS!  This is ridiculous.  They should have allowed people to choose which they wanted.  i want ACTIVE minutes back.  Also was stupid that even active minutes could only calculate after a minimum of 10 minutes.  Just ridiculous.  i'm disgusted with fitbit.  They don't even have an email to send complaints to and seems like no one monitors these threads.

You can’t go back once it updates to zone minutes. So frustrating. Hate the zone minutes. I think I’ll switch to the Apple Watch

I wish there were a pic option to post.

My active minutes/zone minute bar graph shows the week before the zone min update as giant bars of fat burn and cardio colors. Now, they are teeny-tiny bars, despite getting even more activity in the same intensity ranges.
This is discouraging. I don’t like it.

ever since the update, most of my auto Exercise entries are 100% in the green (below zone) even though they look equivalent to some other exercises I did the week before, showing high end intensity.

what the what?!?

This update sucks, and is disruptive to exercise tracking that I’ve been working hard to make a habit of.

if there are adjustments to be made in advancements of the calculating technology, that needs to be communicated. Hating the “zone minutes” and wish to go back to “normal”.

Thumbs DOWN, UX team... thumbs down.

This happened time also.
following, it started to pick up “zone minutes” daily at a much lower threshold than before. My exercise results are pathetic even though duration and intensity wise, they look the same as weeks prior.
