hi 2 things, just upgraded from a versa to versa 2 and I cant seem to find active zone minutes anymore. The app itself shows as active minutes only and after completing an exercise on the watch itself doesn’t show how many minutes spent in each zone like my previous versa did. If I go into the exercise on the app I can see the breakdown still but wondered whether the versa 2 had the previous features taken out.
Secondly, when completing an exercise on the watch at the top of the display it always says connecting until the exercise is finished. Just wondered if there’s a fix for this or even if the two things are in any way related.

@jenna44 Your new Versa 2 has the firmware from when it was manufactured. Active Zone Minutes were added in a firmware update. You should get a firmware update in 24-48 hours. You got "in line" for a firmware update when you activated your Versa 2. Just be patient. I also want to point out an active zone minute display bug. On the first day of exercise after the update, the zone minute breakdown will show 0 minutes in each zone. This error lasts one day.
With respect to your second issue, it sounds like you were doing a GPS connected exercise, but the GPS never connected. You might have missed a GPS setting. How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?

Hey thank you so much for your help just wanted to check I hadn’t missed something! Just looked into my gps settings and I had missed something so all sorted now. Thank you so much again for your help I really appreciate it
