Versa 2 alarms not going off as scheduled

The alarms I set on my tracker are not going off at the set times. I have deleted them and reset to see if that would fix the problem.

 

My 2:00 pm alarm went off at 1:30 pm and my 3:30 alarm went off at 3:40 pm.  It only started happening in the past few days.  I use some of these alarms for my husbands medicines, so I need them to be accurate.

 

I have only had this tracker for a few months and I've also had problems with my sleep and exercise syncing to my trackers.

Hi there @TStanger, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your silent alarms on your Versa 2 are not going off as scheduled, I know how important this is to you and your husband. Thanks for taking the time to try fixing the issue prior to posting here, I'll be glad to help you with this. 

If you haven't done so yet, please check if those alarms are set via Alexa, these are stored separately.

Give this a go and let me know if the issue persists.

Thank you for responding. I set the alarms on my tracker face, through the “Alarms” icon.
