Versa 2 alarms stopped working

My Fitbit Versa 2 alarm has not gone off for the past 2 mornings. I've deleted the alarms and reset them still nothing.

Hi @sburkeen19, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since the alarms haven't gone off. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your data before this in order to avoid losing current data. Finally, set up the alarms again and see if they work properly.

I fixed it basically by trashing the alarm schedule that was set and
starting over. 🤷‍:female_sign: Been working fine every since!
