Versa 2 alerted me that I had 3 a fib episodes in one night and to show the report to my doctor, well now it has vanished from my history. Was this a glitch from the last update?

Hello @sanddollar123 and welcome to the Community.  Please tap on the You icon in the bottom right of your app, then look in the Health assessments section. The first one you can see is the Irregular rhythm notifications tile.  Tap on that tile and see if the records are there.  This is the section where they are supposed to be stored.
