Versa 2 always on display ONLY showing time

The always on display is only showing the time. I’ve tried the settings to show date and battery life. But nothing! Help!

Look in Settings where you selected Always-on-display.  Under 'Customize' there is an option "Status Bar - Indicates battery life on default clock'.  But don't just go by what it shows immediately after setting.  Go back to the main clock face to see it.  And then you can still see whole display by turning wrist or pressing button.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Yes, I’ve did that! Still only showing the time when my watch goes to rest with the “always on display”.
