Have a current model iPhone SE running IOS 13.4.1 and the Fitbit app v3.21(955)
App is regularly not able to find the device unless I 'swipe up' to close the app and relaunch. When starting exercise from the Versa 2 it sticks in 'connecting' mode until I open the app on my phone...then it connects and drops about 60 seconds into the activity.
I have checked all the background refresh settings that I can think of, have insured that the 'all day sync' is on...but can't seem to get this sorted out.
Anyone experience same?

Mine does not connect even after I swipe - it just says “Looking”

Sounds like there might be a new version of the application coming out in waves soon… Fingers crossed they sorted this out
