Will the versa 2 measure blood pressure? Is it compatible with an Iphone?

It does not measure blood pressure. Some smart watches do offer ways to derive blood pressure, which includes the Galaxy watch. I'm not sure if they are FDA approved, but for a quick check it may do the trick.

@harristom Fitbit has been investigating a way to measure blood pressure and ran a study last year. It uses a concept called Pulse Arrival Time. It simultaneously compares your ECG with your pulse measured with the optical heart rate monitor. It will need approval from the FDA in the US or equivalent in another country. If it were available today, it could only be on the Sense/Sense 2/ Charge 5. They are the only devices that have the hardware to record the ECG.
I participated in other Fitbit studies, but couldn't because users needed to use a Sense and I wear a Versa 3.
A recent tech site wrote that the Galaxy blood pressure isn't available in the US, because it lacks FDA approval.

@harristom , Nice to see you here. Thank you for your message
At this time the Versa 2 does not register blood pressure, just your heart rate.
