I have the Versa 2 fitbit watch, my husband has the Force Fitbit watch, we walk together and my distance is 5k , my husband's distance is 5.4K, why is there almost half K difference if we are walking together using GPS on both watches and our phones?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Regards
Joan

Hello @redhill, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. All devices with GPS sensors require a direct path to GPS satellites to calculate location. A weak GPS signal might affect the accuracy of your route and other activity data. Your device uses your step count to calculate distance until it finds a signal, so the total distance calculated for a workout may be slightly less accurate when GPS isn't available for the entire time.
To better assist you with this situation and because both Fitbit devices use the Connected-GPS function (meaning that your Fitbit will connect to your phone's GPS chip to route your Walk) can you please let me know which phone are you and your husband using?
Looking forward to your reply.
